Applicants must be 35 years or under, or up to 50 years if holding a Hong Kong or British National Overseas passport.
Applicants must be in Australia at the time of application, holding an eligible visa or having held a Student visa in the past 6 months. The application must be submitted within 6 months of completing a course.
Applicants must nominate an occupation from the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and hold a qualification (associate degree, diploma, or trade) closely related to the nominated occupation. A valid or applied-for skills assessment is required.
