Must be under 45 years of age at the time of application unless exempt.
Must have the required skills and qualifications for the nominated occupation. This may include a relevant degree, certification, or work experience.
Must demonstrate a minimum level of English language proficiency

The employer must be based in a regional area, and the position must be in a skilled occupation listed on the Regional Occupation List
