Occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)

The applicant’s occupation must be listed on Skilled Occupation List, demonstrating that their skills is essential and in high demand within Australian’s workforce.

Must obtain a valid skills assessment from an appropriate assessing authority for the chosen occupation, which evaluate whether their skills meet the required standard for the occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation List.

Points are awarded based on factors such as age must be under 45, English language proficiency, work experience, and educational qualifications. A minimum score of 65 points is required to be eligible for the visa.

Submit an Expression of Interest through SkillSelect and receive for invitation to apply for Subclass 190 visa.

Obtain a specified English language test result such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET and Cambridge C1 Advanced Test.

Visa applicants need to have health examination and character check to meet the health and character conditions set by the Australian government.

Applicants must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency, with each agency having its own specific criteria and process for nomination.
